We are a boutique wedding planning company with a personalized approach. Our team of Tuscon, Scottsdale & Phoenix wedding planners allow you to be in the moment throughout your wedding day. Since 2020, we have been creating events that are uniquely you. Our diverse backgrounds in event planning allow us to create events that are not only unique but are highly personalized for exactly what you are wanting. From the beginning, we work with you to find the best vendors and with our unlimited communication throughout the planning process, we ensure you feel comfortable planning your big day.

Leigh & Co. came to life after Brianne, the owner, needed a wedding coordinator on her day. She loved planning on her own, but needed someone to take her plans and execute. Well… it seemed like an impossible task. Most planners wanted her to hire them as a full service planner, which is not what she needed. And, those that offered day-of coordination were so bare bones that she didn’t feel any support. Then launched Leigh & Co – a truly unique approach when it comes to day of coordination. Our processes we’ve created make every couple comfortable when it comes to execution on the day. Our extensive questionnaires, community calls, podcast episodes, brochures and more ensure you get what you need from us when it comes to planning.. and on the day – we execute!

My wife and I thought we could plan a wedding all by ourselves, and we made it pretty far on our own. But as the day got closer, we wanted a wedding coordinator to help bring everything together and ensure that we could actually enjoy our wedding day! In comes our lead planner. She went above and beyond to help my wife and me. Leading up to the wedding, she helped us organize all of our contracts, maintained amazing communication with us and our vendors, and was an essential part of our big day, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Throughout our time working with our lead planner, she provided a sense of comfort and reliability amid all the stress that comes with planning a wedding. For anyone thinking of getting a wedding coordinator, get one, and get one from Leigh & Co! She was also very reasonably priced for all the help and hours she put in, especially compared to other vendors that charge much more.
They were amazing! I cannot say enough good things about them! I had no idea what I was doing with planning a wedding but she made my life 100% easier! They are excellent communicators and easily saw my vision. On my wedding day, I didn’t have to worry about anything. Worth the money!
I cannot recommend Leigh & Co enough, and I can’t even imagine our wedding day without the help of them! From our first meeting I felt confident in her planning and organizational skills, and she took so much weight off my shoulders in the last stages of planning. I wasn’t sure what to expect for a day-of coordinator, but after working with her I am beyond grateful we found her. Aside from her incredible attention to detail, she was exceptional at executing every little detail of our big day. What made you want to get into wedding planning? Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve had a love for planning. So much so that I had a spreadsheet for every family vacation and celebration. Flash forward a few years, and here I am. I got married in Telluride in 2020 and fell in love with the planning, checklists, details and really everything. I had a really hard time finding just a day-of planner, so I decided to create this business and provide an amazing day-of service for all couples that are needing help on their day.

What experience do you have as a planner? I’ve been doing this for over five years now professionally and primarily focus on full service planning and design and decor packages.

What is your style when it comes to weddings? My style is timeless and classic. However, I do love a good pop of color. Film photography is my favorite and I think it’s truly something that will last a lifetime. My favorite part about my job is finding the style of my couples – many come to me with a Pinterest board all over the place and my job is to hone in on what they love and bring it to life!

What is your favorite part of a wedding? Room reveals – with me it’s all about the design and decor and seeing the couple’s vision come to life on the day. I love seeing their faces light up when everything we’ve discussed is in real life. Second favorite? Definitely vows and speeches (I usually am crying in the corner).

What do you enjoy in your down time? Having 3 littles under 4 doesn’t give me much down time, but it’s always spent chasing them! We also love to travel whenever we can. My goal is to start a travel blog about how to travel with kids!

  1. I’m a huge Washington Capitals fan and have met Alex Ovechkin
  2. I love love love to travel. My favorite trip was our family’s month long road trip through Italy
  3. My career started in marketing fifteen years ago. I taught myself how to build websites (and built ours) and market a brand effectively

What made you want to get into wedding planning? I have always had a knack for hosting. Whether it be birthdays, dinner parties, holidays, I loved it all! This hobby slowly started turning into planning larger events, such as bachelorettes, bridal showers, and baby showers. I thought why not go bigger! Wedding planning fell into my lap and I fell in love. Being in charge of someone’s big day is a lot of pressure, and I love every second of it!!

What experience do you have as a planner? Since graduating from the University of Arizona in 2022, I have planned over 100 events from bachelorettes, birthday parties, bridal showers, baby showers, and weddings! Every event is just as important as the next, regardless of guest count or budget! I started working for Leigh & Co in 2023 and am so excited to be Scottsdale’s lead planner!

What is your style when it comes to weddings? My style of Wedding Coordinating is timeless, traditional, and chic. I love a white and black wedding with traditional decor and chic details. As a passionate wedding planner, I specialize in creating timeless, beautiful celebrations that embrace the charm and elegance of tradition. From classic floral arrangements to vintage-inspired décor, I believe in the power of meaningful details to make every moment unforgettable. My love for traditional decorations allows me to design weddings that feel both sophisticated and personal, capturing the essence of each couple’s unique story while honoring the beauty of timeless customs.

What is your favorite part of a wedding? For me, the magic of a wedding lies in the details. From the delicate lace on a bride’s gown to the carefully chosen flowers that set the tone, every small touch adds to the overall beauty and meaning of the day. I love curating the little elements that make a wedding feel truly unique—whether it’s a custom place card, a personal family heirloom, or a special quote tucked into the ceremony. These thoughtful details are what transform a wedding from a celebration to a deeply personal experience. It’s the attention to these nuances that truly brings the couple’s vision to life and makes each event unforgettable.

What do you enjoy in your down time? I absolutely love hosting! Whether it’s an intimate dinner party or a birthday party, there’s something so fulfilling about creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere where people can connect, relax, and enjoy each other’s company. With that, I love cooking and baking. It has become such a fun part of my life and I hope to get much better at it in the future!

What made you want to get into wedding planning? Having a front row seat to the combination of families and commitment to continue a journey together.

What experience do you have as a planner? I have worked in Aspen, Nantucket, New York City and that has brought me to Phoenix. My favorite role was working at The Mount. The Mount is Edith Wharton’s estate in The Berkshires in Western Massachusetts. Edith Wharton was an impressive and renounded author and designer. A woman ahead of her time.

What is your style when it comes to weddings? I like to blend a mix of the traditional and new wave ideas.

What is your favorite part of a wedding? Speeches.

What do you enjoy in your down time? I love to explore, ski, golf and watch documentaries about food.

  3. My family moved to the United States from Italy and have a street named after them
